The Automatic car wash does have some Conditions of Entry (noted below), these conditions are to ensure your vehicle can safely use the machine. The automatic car wash units is the latest in technology and offers a variety of wash options to ensure you get the right wash.

Automatic Wash Requirements

1. Vehicles must be less than 2.1metres tall
2. All loose covers, racks, etc must be secured to the vehicle prior to entry
3. Open bed Utes/Vans must ensure tools and loose materials are secured and all rubbish has been removed prior to entering the bay
4. Vehicles that have faded or UV damaged paintwork are not recommended for the automatic car wash - Entry is made at your own risk
5. Entry to the automatic car wash for vehicles with signage and vinyl graphics is done so at the owner's own risk
6. On-site attendees have the right to refuse any vehicle if they believe the automatic car wash equipment or the vehicle has the potential for damage.

The Razor Automatic car wash takes approximately 6 minutes to complete. The Mr Magic Storm automatic car wash takes approximately 7 minutes to complete. 

The touch-free automatic car washes include “Turbo Wheel Blast” this will remove light dust and wheel grime from alloys. Importantly, we provide buckets and scrubbing brushes for a quick hand clean prior to entry.

Our brushes are made from high-quality boar hair and will not scratch your car. However, it is important you rinse the brush prior to use to ensure no debris is left on the brush from the previous user. This is mentioned in the bay. 

In each self-serve bay, we have a detailed guide intended to show a recommended process on how to wash your vehicle. This guide does not show how long each process will take as this will depend on your vehicle's size and on how dirty it is? We do recommend you make yourself familiar with the controls and the guide before starting your wash, this will ensure you get the most from your time in the bay.

The dog wash facility has a detailed poster and information guide attached. This guide will provide you recommendations of how best to wash your dog. Alternatively, we have put a small video linked from the website that will show you how to wash your dog. 

You get 10 minutes to wash your dog but can add $1 or $2 coins for additional time if required. However, most dogs can be easily washed in the 10 minutes allocated without having to rush. Additional coins for the extra time will need to be added before your time runs out. 

The K9000 can fit 2 medium sized dogs at once, and 10 minutes is a generous amount of time to spend on your dog and as such, you may be able to wash both dogs in the allotted time. Remember though you can add $1 and $2 coins prior to the time running out if you require additional minutes.   

Yes, we have a change machine on site. It accepts $5, $10, $20 notes, 50c, 20c, 10c pieces. Attendants can change $50 notes during office hours - we are staffed 8am - 4pm.
